There’s a homely feel to this intimate spot hidden away in the suburbs, where Chef-Owner Jonathan Tam offers a unique experience that’s best enjoyed from a seat at the counter. The tasting menu – entitled ‘Solar’ – follows 24 solar micro-seasons throughout the year, and the original, exciting dishes combine Danish ingredients with Asian recipes and flavours. The focus is largely on vegetables, with produce sourced locally from organic farms and ethical producers, and any food waste is turned into miso and shoyu in collaboration with Koji Copenhagen. Non-alcoholic drinks pairings add an interesting twist.
