Côté Mas

This inviting restaurant set in the heart of a vineyard boasts a lovely view of the Cévennes countryside. The chef prepares delicious, indulgent contemporary-bistro cuisine. Examples include Andalusian gazpacho with fresh cheese; grilled pork spider steak with polenta and a vegetable condiment; and vanilla and raspberry millefeuille. Most of the produce is local and seasonal, like the lovely fruity olive oil and the wines produced on the estate. A selection of wines by the glass at very reasonable prices.
