Here in this beautifully maintained historical building in the pedestrian area, he keeps to his established path, serving up classically inspired cuisine. The quality of produce is remarkable, not least when it comes to the game dishes – the highlight being the distinctive, impeccably crafted sauces. The chef's Austrian homeland is also represented on the well-curated menu, with dishes such as Backhendl (breaded fried chicken) and Topfenknödel (curd dumplings).
