Celebrating "Vegetables in Many Facets", the kitchen presents modern, creative vegetarian dishes with a regional and seasonal emphasis. There is a seven-course set menu with optional add-ons. À la carte choices are also available. Beverage accompaniments include natural wines, beers and alcohol-free drinks. Tip for lunch: the "Business Lunch" menu with up to four courses. The restaurant stands in the heart of the old town, a stone's throw from the Bern Minster. In addition to the attractive, charmingly minimalist space on the upper floor (there are also a few seats in the entrance area), the pretty terrace in front of the restaurant beckons in summer. Service is pleasingly down-to-earth, attentive and professional.
