ABOUT THE RESTAURANT

Vladimir Perelman's café-pastry shop: you can come here specifically to enjoy coffee and dessert, or you can have a full meal – lunch, dinner, or breakfast – and stay for the entire day. The centerpiece is the original creations of Ukrainian pastry chef Dinara Kasko, true works of art in the style of geometric abstraction. The large cakes are also worth noting, each one a "super" version: the "Honey Cake," "Napoleon," "Carrot Cake," and "Prague" cakes, each 18 cm tall, are so tempting that you might need a friend to help you finish them. "Zhemchugov" coffee is 100% organic Arabica, classified as specialty coffee by the international SCA organization, roasted and brewed by coffee professionals. The main menu features comfort food with an emphasis on healthy eating, vegetarian options, organic ingredients, and farm-fresh produce. If you're short on time, you can order takeaway: the selection of to-go options is impressive.
