About

A fast-casual, self-service restaurant concept centered around gourmet sandwiches, with recipes developed in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Charbel Aoun.

The concept was created by Dmitry Sukhin.

"Restaurant Chef" about the restaurant:

The "Zhadina-Govyadina" cafe, which opened this summer, places sandwiches at the forefront. The creators of the project decided to go beyond Subway and similar establishments, and to achieve this, they brought in foreign chef Charbel Aoun to develop the menu and oversee the kitchen. At the age of 23, he became the youngest chef in Sweden whose restaurant received a Michelin star, and he now has over 20 years of successful international experience in restaurant consulting. The first location of the chain opened on Valovaya Street, and recently a cafe was launched on Kurskaya Street. The next planned opening is on Novy Arbat. This bistro's concept reflects the growing trend towards gourmet fast food, and the small "Zhadina" cafes offer guests about ten types of signature sandwiches – with meat, fish, chicken, or vegetables, all made with bread from their own bakery. The average price for a sandwich ranges from 300 rubles for a simple option to 500 rubles for a more gourmet version. The main idea is to combine restaurant-quality and culinary excellence with simple presentation, a wide selection, and affordable prices.
