"Yasnaya Polyana" is a restaurant housed in a historic building in the beloved city of Barnaul. In our open kitchen, with its wood-fired oven, we prepare traditional Russian dishes, striving to preserve the culinary heritage while presenting it in a modern interpretation. We treat our guests to fresh, fragrant bread and pastries baked in the oven, Siberian borscht with marbled beef and pickled berries, and buckwheat dumplings filled with farm-raised turkey, all made with the finest ingredients from our region.
