Our core concept is aviation-themed. We opened Yankee Sierra because we wanted to showcase the connection between two things we are passionate about: coffee and aviation. We love coffee and understand, and respect, the fact that coffee can be diverse. But our mission at YS is to find coffee that is breathtaking, like a first flight. Vibrant, memorable, and unconventional – these are the three criteria that each lot in our selection meets.
