The more casual of the operations, the Food & Wine Bar, is a warm, intimate spot where the cooking is based on the same ingredients as bigger sister VYN, but presented in lighter ways. The modern à la carte offers 2-3 flavour-packed dishes per course – such as lamb terrine with pistachios and blueberries or seafood casserole with aioli – and is supplemented by a seasonal set menu, maybe ‘Asparagus’, ‘Apple’ or ‘Goose’, depending on the time of year.
