About
Located in a separate building from the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel (one MICHELIN Key), this restuarant exudes an unmistakable desire to explore global cuisine. And it’s no wonder: its name comes from a Latin term meaning ‘to devour’. In its attractive dining spaces crowned by high ceilings, you can discover the culinary philosophy of chef Álvaro Salazar, a man whose efforts revolve around a single idea: to create cuisine without constraints, with a commitment to the environment and to his Mediterranean roots. They offer a single tasting menu with a modern-creative flair (Devoro) that surprises diners both for the attention to detail and meticulousness of the presentations and with its attempt to tell a story through each dish, featuring nods to his hometown of Linares (Jaén), the island of Mallorca itself, and the Mediterranean Sea. The menu mixes seasonal dishes with some of Voro’s iconic signature classics (Patito 2019, Almendra y Caviar 2022, etc.), structured around three stages inspired by the sun (Dawn, Zenith and Sunset).
