"Volzhane" is a new gastrobar in Konakovo, offering a distinctive culinary experience. The menu is based on dishes made with the finest, carefully selected regional ingredients. We don't use pre-made ingredients; everything, from the bread to the pasta, is made from scratch by our chefs in the open kitchen. We have a deep affection for our region and we want to share that with you. The entire concept, from the name and logo to the interior design, the drinks in our bar, and the presentation of the dishes, is designed to remind guests of the beautiful nature and unique characteristics of this region: the vast and powerful Volga River, the pine trees that fill the city and surrounding areas with a wonderful scent of pine needles. The menu features dishes made with sturgeon, a valuable white fish that is famous in the Volga region. We take great care in the aesthetics of our cuisine. Each dish is garnished with berries, flowers, and herbs from the fields and forests of the Tver region. Come and experience the beauty of our region through its flavors!
