This is a place where you can not only enjoy delicious dishes and sample authentic Georgian wines, but also smoke a hookah, listening to soft music, while enjoying the view of old Tbilisi on a large, wall-sized mural. The Georgian cuisine, created by the restaurant's two head chefs, Gulo Nucubidze and Pavel Zavarzin, offers a unique take on Caucasian cuisine, blending traditional flavors with modern European influences. "Lightened" versions of classic Georgian recipes and reasonable portion sizes ensure that beloved festive dishes become part of your everyday diet.
