Excellence is savoured in every bite, for beyond solid execution, he shows boldness and plays with unconventional flavours, at times introducing tropical fruits and Asian notes. The menu focuses on an à la carte format and two tasting menus that evolve monthly, although at lunchtime there is an additional daily-changing option (the tasting menu can also be ordered with fewer dishes).
