Unica is a two-story mansion located in the heart of Moscow, nestled in a cozy square on Blagoveshchensky Lane. The three banquet halls, each with a distinct style, combine the atmosphere of a sophisticated salon, a cozy bar with a disco ball, and a classic restaurant with white tablecloths, making it an ideal venue for a wide range of events. The interior of the mansion reflects the overall concept: a balance between classic and modern. The second floor evokes the ambiance of a comfortable Italian restaurant, with large windows, plenty of natural light, a wine cabinet, wooden chairs, and plush sofas. The space, which can accommodate up to 65 guests for a seated dinner and 100 guests for a buffet, is comfortably divided into two halls using movable partitions. Those who appreciate intimate dinners with friends and family can find privacy in the VIP area, which features a large table for up to 20 people. The first floor houses two intimate halls. On the left is a smaller hall that can accommodate 35 people, featuring a collection of vintage items: antique wind instruments, handcrafted vintage furniture, a record collection, and decorative objects from the mid-20th century. The second hall offers a space with the refined atmosphere of a social salon. Velvet furniture, soft curtains, subdued lighting, antique mirrors, and a rug create an environment where you can escape from time, relax, and feel like you're a guest. The gastronomic aspect of the project is particularly noteworthy. The menu features Italian cuisine, where tradition and culinary philosophy are successfully combined with the chef's unique vision and original interpretations by Chef Ivan Kuznetsov.
