An atmospheric panoramic lift leads from the Casa Angelina hotel to the restaurant: in good weather you can dine on a terrace, by candlelight and with a breathtaking view of the Coast. Leopoldo Elefante's cuisine is Mediterranean and largely dedicated to the sea, although there is never a shortage of excellent meat specialities. Not to be missed is his “soufflé alla pastiera”, a signature dish that combines an international dessert with typically Neapolitan flavours. Great care is given to presentation and the lighting uses various colours to accompany the guest through the different courses, changing in tone and intensity throughout the meal. The chef is well supported by the service, precise and friendly, and an important wine list. The wine cellar is around 1500 labels, with an incredible availability of large formats for connoisseurs.
