The tardigrade – a charming and incredibly resilient microorganism – inspires us to use unusual ingredients in the creation of our bar's cocktails and our kitchen's dishes.

The tardigrade is a simple microorganism with an exceptionally high survival rate, and its wide geographical distribution has inspired us to create a menu featuring unique interpretations of classic cocktails and dishes from different corners of the world. The cocktail menu is divided into four sections, reflecting the types of drinks offered: those based on plant-based ingredients, those consisting only of alcoholic components, hot drinks, and a section of seasonal, experimental cocktails. The name of each of our drinks refers to a geographical location – the origin of one of its key ingredients. The cuisine features traditional Mexican tacos, whose recipes were brought directly from their homeland, Italian gnocchi, Danish smørrebrød, and African empanadas. Guests appreciate the bar for its tranquil atmosphere, which encourages pleasant conversation, and the opportunity to try something new each time.
