This restaurant in the Beuel district has an inviting, chic and contemporary feel. At the helm are siblings Jana and Fritz Benson, who go about their work with palpable dedication. In the open kitchen, the chef-patron and his team put together a creative seasonal set menu, available in four to six courses, which can be supplemented with optional additional courses. The craftsmanship on display and the quality of the produce impress in equal measure – a case in point is the Dieppe scallops with a fruity, tangy pineapple vinaigrette, finished with a delicate mace-infused foam. Each dish is also presented in a pleasingly clean, unfussy style. The front-of-house team, headed up by the proprietress herself, provides attentive, expert service, with the chefs also known to lend a hand. Motorists can park at the Tiefgarage Rathausplatz.
