The restaurant of the attractive Spa & GolfResort Weimarer Land serves Italian-inspired dishes with classical influences. Chef Marcello Fabbri has made a name for himself in the region. He proposes a five-course set menu made with excellent produce from Italy. His pasta creations are a real treat – not least the nettle cappelletti with a nutty brown butter foam and aromatic morels. The waitstaff are friendly and highly proficient, and the sommelier's recommendations are spot on. The setting, too, is appealing, especially the open kitchen in the conservatory – diners are warmly invited to drop by for a look. In summer, the terrace is the place to be. Reservations requested.
