The Bix

The Bix is a bar located on Bolshoy Kozikhinsky Lane, designed in the style of the 1920s – the era of jazz and Prohibition. The establishment is open daily, and live jazz performances typically begin around 9:00 PM. Admission is free, and tables in the main area are not reservable, except for one table in the lounge area that can be reserved for groups of 8 or more people.

The bar's menu focuses on American cuisine, featuring dishes such as Cobb salad and "Mac'n'Cheese," as well as appetizers, hot entrees, desserts, and seasonal specialties. The cocktail list was created by bartender Maxim Sitnitskiy, who studied classic cocktails from around the world and drew inspiration from the aesthetics of the Roaring Twenties. The bar offers original variations on popular drinks, classic cocktails, a selection of wines, and spirits – ranging from bourbon to cachaca.
