TEYA is a gastro-bistro with an intuitive approach to cooking and a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients. The intimate atmosphere, open kitchen, and clear philosophy create a space where nothing is superfluous; only flavor, attention, and respect for the ingredients matter. Chef Valery Poryadin leads the kitchen. He doesn't follow trends, but rather cooks from the heart. Drawing on his knowledge of gastronomy, experience gained through internships at Michelin-starred restaurants in Scandinavia, and work on farms in the Black Sea region, Valery creates unique and honest flavor combinations that allow the ingredients to shine. The concept of TEYA is a cuisine that transcends geographical boundaries, yet maintains a clear point of view. Here, traditions are not copied, but rather reinterpreted: the menu is born from genuine interest, the team's inspiration, and the seasonal palette. It is updated frequently, featuring only dishes that are currently flavorful and meaningful. The menu is small but carefully curated: each dish is accompanied by a short, handwritten note from the chef, creating a personal connection with the team, like a greeting in the margins of a book. The service at TEYA is warm and genuine, without pretense or formality. Guests are seen as individuals, not just "customers." At the beginning of the meal, the chef offers a complimentary dish: a seasonal product, presented in its near-original form, to demonstrate that the focus is on showcasing the quality of the ingredients. The interior of TEYA is understated and honest, with accents of handcrafted details. Natural materials, soft lighting, and a sense of spaciousness create an environment where guests can comfortably linger.
