Seated in the inviting, contemporary-Alpine decor, choose from an extensive menu that has something for everyone: traditional dishes, offal or vegetarian options – from organic Kalbsrahmbeuscherl (creamy veal offal stew with Serviettenknödel (bread dumplings) to "Our legendary Backhenderl (fried chicken), potato and lamb's lettuce salad, pumpkin seed oil mayonnaise" to Topfenknödel (quark dumplings), apricots, vanilla ice cream and a sweetened breadcrumb topping. Some dishes are available in smaller portions. The food is freshly cooked and seasonal, using mainly organic regional ingredients. In addition to the à la carte menu, there is a three- to six-course set menu. In the evening, various cuts of meat are cooked on the grill, eg organic beef fillet from a seven-year-old cow.
