About

A traditional Georgian restaurant with a live queue – the restaurant does not accept reservations, but all food can be ordered for takeaway. Concept by Ilya Sukhikh Vladivostok Instagram About the restaurant: The only restaurant in the Far East with a real, live queue (waiting times for a table range from 10 minutes to 2 hours), offering the atmosphere of a Georgian celebration and feast. The restaurant is designed as a large Georgian house with an open kitchen, where nearly 500,000 khachapuri have been made since its opening. In Georgian, "supra" means "tablecloth," and it refers to a traditional Georgian feast. To create the restaurant, family recipes of Georgian cuisine and traditions of the Georgian people were studied, and decorations and interior items were collected. An antique door from a mansion in the Avlabari district was brought from Tbilisi, a 100-year-old Saperavi grape vine from the Kindzmarauli vineyards, a recipe for Adjarian khachapuri from Batumi, and recipes for spicy khachapuri from Svaneti, prepared by the chef, Mishiko. All dishes from the menu can be ordered for takeaway: khachapuri, salads, Georgian soups, main courses, and churchkhela.
