In two welcoming stube clad in light-coloured wood, guests discover gourmet cuisine with a polished Mediterranean accent, enriched by international influences. In addition to dishes that honour the chef's Tuscan roots, the menu features recipes with a distinctly Mediterranean flavour, such as the delicate citrus-infused yellowtail sashimi with caviar and dandelion, or the lobster with Jerusalem artichoke cream, foie gras and caviar beurre blanc.
