In a quiet and secluded location, inside the Biohotel Hermitage, the restaurant occupies an early twentieth-century stube: a wooden treasure chest with few tables, where you can be lulled into an evening of romance and haute cuisine, offered through three tasting menus. In the chef’s dedicated menu, Domenico Sepe brings his Ischian roots to Trentino, introducing seafood ingredients sometimes paired with meat. This talented young chef proves equally at ease embracing Trentino tradition, as demonstrated in the Cena in Famiglia menu. Vegetarian enthusiasts, meanwhile, will opt for the Cappuccetto Verde menu.
