After notching up experience in some prestigious establishments, So Takahashi works alone in the kitchen, while his partner, Rie, is front of house. The chef uses ingredients bought directly at the market to concoct light and flavoursome dishes at reasonable prices. The wine list boasts a selection of fine Burgundies in particular.
