With little in the way of decoration to distract the eye, this minimalist restaurant is characterised by two things: its architectural design and its food. The room comprises a series of red-brick arches where floor-to-ceiling windows look out over the street – and the vibe is relaxed, helped along by the friendly service team. Like the surroundings, the attractively presented dishes are a model of self-restraint, showcasing top-quality Swedish and Danish produce in well-thought-through combinations that exhibit a balance of richness and acidity, like duck with celeriac, fermented garlic and scallion oil.
