The restaurant's menu features the best local products: game meat and local fish, and young burrata, stracciatella, and ricotta cheeses are made in the restaurant's kitchen using carefully selected Altai milk. Fresh, yeast-free bread is baked every morning using a sourdough starter. The hotel and restaurant are called "Shishka," and the pine cone, a symbol of the fire of life and health restoration, plays a prominent role in the kitchen.
