A democratic wine bar from Russia's largest alcohol importer, featuring a vast wine selection, a huge range of wines by the glass, and a comfort food menu created by Adrian Ketglas.

The project aims to create an accessible wine bar for everyone, with excellent prices on wine and food, a relaxed atmosphere, and a diverse entertainment program. This will include DJs, as well as regular wine tastings, bar events, culinary experiences, and cultural events. The extensive wine list features approximately 700 different wines, most of which are available by the glass. The menu is extensive and the prices are reasonable. The bartenders and sommeliers are always ready to help you navigate the wide selection. As true professionals, they can not only recommend the perfect bottle but also provide a brief lecture on the basics of wine culture or conduct a themed workshop. The head chef is Adrian Ketglas (1 Michelin star), and the bar's operations are managed by the young chef Pavel Annenkov. In the new establishment's menu, Adrian has maintained his signature style, but has made it more simple and accessible. Every dish is equally suitable for a gourmet experience or a casual lunch or dinner. The menu features a wide selection of classic wine pairings, including olives, artichokes, pâté, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, as well as a full restaurant menu. For example, the hot dishes are divided into "Land" and "Sea" – meat and poultry versus fish and seafood. "Sea" includes Black Sea scallops with Venere rice, sea bream with spicy curry and rice, and sea bass with fennel mousse. The "Land" section also offers a diverse range of flavors: pork ribs with sesame coleslaw, duck confit with beetroot bulgur, chicken with green risotto, or lamb shank with roasted potatoes and prune cream.
