After the abolition of Turkish rule in Crimea in 1784, Catherine II signed a decree establishing the Taurida Governorate with its center in Simferopol. The city's name was suggested by the scholar Bulgakov and translates as "city of benefit": SIMFERO means "to gather together, to connect" or "to be useful, to bring benefit"; POLIS means "city." Crimea is a unique, multi-ethnic region, home to representatives of 175 different ethnic groups! The peninsula is rich in history, with an amazing diversity of cultures, traditions, and, of course, flavors! The restaurant's head chefs, Mark Chagan and Sergey Kosarenko, transform simple products grown on the peninsula into vibrant, flavorful, and unique dishes – true works of culinary art. Thanks to their extensive experience working with local Crimean products, the restaurant's head chefs, Sergey Kosarenko and Mark Chagan, have been able to select the highest quality ingredients grown on the peninsula for their culinary masterpieces. This not only preserves the authentic taste and aroma of the dishes but also supports the local economy. Summer Terrace: A unique summer terrace for Crimea, which transforms from a closed room into an open-air space thanks to an automatically retractable roof and mechanically sliding glass panels around the perimeter of the room. Guests relaxing on the terrace can enjoy the chefs at work in the open kitchen, accompanied by music from internationally renowned DJs or resident musicians. Main Hall: The main hall of the restaurant is separated by a soundproof partition and has a more refined atmosphere. The stage located in the center of the hall serves as a platform for talented artists, and regular live performances by jazz cover bands will not leave anyone indifferent.
