The "Sikera" bar-museum was created to revive such important and unjustly forgotten aspects of our culture and way of life as the production of moonshine and other traditional Russian beverages. "Sikera" aims to broaden the horizons of its guests and provide new reasons to be proud of Russian production and traditions. As soon as you step through the door of our establishment, you are transported to the atmosphere of a bygone era. We offer a tour where you will discover the secrets of the history of Russian, and specifically Ryazan, beverages, as well as the rituals and traditions associated with them. The tour is accompanied by an extensive tasting, during which you will sample beverages produced in-house, from kvass to distilled spirits.
