Welcome to Satoshi, a gastronomic paradise that embodies the essence of Asia. Inspired by Japan, Satoshi pays tribute to the Japanese urban style, where simplicity is key, and every element speaks volumes through its minimalist forms and colors. Within our walls, you will find an interior that harmoniously blends modern minimalism with the best architectural solutions. To realize the concept of a unique restaurant, the decision was made to build a dedicated building, following the principles of samurai minimalism. The spacious, monochromatic interior of the restaurant, designed according to our own plans, creates the impression of being in the perfect living room of a successful bachelor. In the center of the room is an internal garden, "Tsuba-niwa," with living trees and natural light, where in the evening you can hear crickets accompanying the pleasant, sophisticated dinner music. The "Philosophical Stone" and the exclusive audio equipment placed on it, such as the Playdifferently model 1.4, attract the attention of guests. Around the 4-ton audio altar is an acoustic system with deep, clear sound, delivered by sea from Rome by the Italian manufacturer K Array. Opposite the floor-to-ceiling shelves displaying a collection of vinyl records is a comfortable, communal sofa upholstered in Italian velvet, standing on a carpet that resembles a rock garden. The creator of the Satoshi restaurant concept is Artem Arshanitsa, a Moscow-based event producer, restaurateur, and DJ, and co-owner of the DESU Clothing brand. This Balinese high-tech progressive streetwear brand is inspired by Japanese philosophy. The strikingly asymmetrical, geometrically designed building of the DESU Clothing fashion house is located in close proximity to the Satoshi restaurant. The Satoshi bar offers guests a selection of Japanese whiskies and gins, vodkas, and liqueurs, which are used to create signature cocktails such as Tokyo Sour, Sake Lychee Martini, Yuzu Negroni, and others. Between the open kitchen and the bar stands a custom-made wine cabinet, dividing the space and creating different atmospheres. The Satoshi wine cabinet reflects the current trends in the modern wine world, where fashionable natural wines coexist comfortably with timeless classics, presented with a modern approach. The wines on the list can be found in the most prestigious gastronomic restaurants in Japan, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Bangkok, Scandinavia, and America. The project is managed by Dmitry Bogdanov, who has over ten years of experience in the restaurant industry and has been involved in numerous startups in St. Petersburg, including projects such as Hamlet & Jacks, Tiger Lily, and the Good Story brand in Sri Lanka. ITAMESHI – A Japanese interpretation of Italian cuisine. The idea of combining Italian and Japanese cuisine is based on two factors. Italian cuisine is very popular and well-understood in Bali, where a large number of Italian expats reside. At the same time, Indonesia has long been under the influence of the Land of the Rising Sun, which could not but affect the characteristics of the local food culture and food products. The Executive Chef of the restaurant is Igor Grishchekin. This time, the Executive Chef's task is to present his unique vision of a comfortable and modern cuisine with an Asian touch. Thanks to his innovative approach, he strives to introduce Itameshi cuisine to gourmets in Bali, combining the flavors and techniques of Italian and Japanese gastronomy. Igor designed the kitchen and is training the Indonesian staff in the nuances of his craft.
