"RestoratorChef" magazine about the restaurant: In its authentic form, a "salumeria" is a shop selling cured meats and other products, where you can also have a snack. "Salumeria Moscow" will, of course, be a trendy Italian restaurant where you can also buy ready-to-eat food to take away. The restaurant was opened by William Lambert and the owner of a perfume shop and the MOLECULE project, Vladimir Davidi. The interior was designed and implemented by the very trendy architectural studio Sundukovy Sisters, who this time adopted an "anti-trend" approach, reminiscent of the glamorous "dolce vita" style, with appropriate golden accents. To leave no room for doubt, the restaurant also offers beer with labels featuring the names of Federico Fellini films. The main offering is traditional Italian food – simple and delicious – as well as pizza baked in a Neapolitan oven (200-800 rubles per pizza). The culinary section features octopus salad with potatoes (450 rubles per 100g), grilled eggplant (200 rubles per 100g), and porchetta (300 rubles per 100g), as well as meat lasagna with ricotta (400 rubles). In the antipasto section, in addition to tartares and carpaccio, the burrata with salmon roe (750 rubles) is a standout. In the pasta and risotto section (from 350 rubles for cannelloni with ricotta and spinach to 1200 rubles for spaghetti with seafood), you shouldn't miss the tagliolini with crab (1200 rubles). An important part of the experience is the cocktails, which allude to the famous Italian aperitivo tradition. In the summer, they will undoubtedly be serving liters of "Salumeria Spritz" (600 rubles), or perhaps the other eleven cocktails on the menu. We will be watching how this new Italian trend, tailored to old traditions, will be received by the public.
