About

A restaurant-club featuring Georgian cuisine, with traditional dishes complemented by a variety of additions, from northern seafood to European cheeses.

Krasnodar, Gogol Street, 49 Website Concept by: Grigory Palyan

ABOUT THE RESTAURANT The story of the Sakhalidze brand. In a certain kingdom, in the Kuban region, there lived a merchant named Nestor Sakhalidze. He was known for his refined taste and maintained close friendships with people from the north. Throughout his life, Nestor dedicated himself to culinary collaborations between the South and North of the Russian Empire, specifically combining the rich dishes of the Georgian table with the most delicate seafood delicacies. Sakhalidze's work was passed down to his descendants, and four generations later, it was meticulously recreated in the kitchen of the Sakhalidze restaurant.

The restaurant's concept is a place that combines the most delicious Georgian cuisine in a modern style with a festive atmosphere every day, featuring live music on stage and dancing on the dance floor, with top-tier artists performing on weekends. The restaurant's cuisine is Georgian, using modern cooking techniques. Traditional recipes, passed down from great-grandmothers through generations, are also featured. The restaurant's interior uses natural materials such as stone, metal, marble, and glass, with plenty of greenery. The color palette, ranging from dark blue to ochre, creates a soft, warm atmosphere reminiscent of a sunset evening. There is a VIP room and a children's room.
