Although the team is young, the technical level is high and the cuisine, while retaining a few echoes of its Modenese training, develops above all through an inventiveness capable of stirring deep emotions. For a broad and creative overview, the ten-course Labor Limae tasting menu is the ideal choice, designed to capture nuances and ideas in constant evolution. The wine offering is excellent too: a cellar in continual expansion, with carefully curated selections and well-conceived by-the-glass options.
