The well-balanced set menus provide an immeasurably satisfying experience, focusing on prime ingredients in contemporary dishes that may be quite delicate in their appearance, but deliver plenty of wonderful flavours. Orkney scallop with Mangalitsa pork and wild garlic is a prime example.
