This authentic "Restaurant-Museum on Lermontov" is a unique project where the restaurant owners showcase a collection of rare museum artifacts alongside authentic Dagestani cuisine. The collection dates from the 16th to the 20th centuries and is described by the Museum of Fine Arts of Dagestan. Kaitag embroidery from the 19th century is displayed alongside authentic national costumes adorned with Nicholas-era silver coins, jewelry from Kubachin artisans alongside Balkhar pitchers, antique jewelry, and Tabasaran carpets. The restaurant's menu features both traditional dishes like khinkali, chudu, and kurze, as well as more rare options such as rassuk or khinkali with haliyar, shapshe, or syuzma. There are also dozens of other ethnic dishes that were prepared by the great-grandmothers. A tour guide is available, and live music and traditional dances are performed in the evenings, creating an atmosphere that immerses guests in the culture and lifestyle of Dagestan. The restaurant also offers hookah and sells alcoholic beverages, which is relatively uncommon in establishments in the city.
