Just a few metres from the Duomo, within an elegant period building, a bright corridor leads guests from the entrance to the open-plan kitchen, crossing a minimalist, contemporary dining room. Quality reigns supreme in the kitchen: carefully selected ingredients, artisan breads with great character and desserts that leave a lasting impression. There are three tasting menus and a constantly evolving à la carte menu, based on the concept of gastronomic precision, distinct flavours and rigorous balance. The rich and well-structured wine cellar showcases some of Italy’s most prestigious labels, completing an experience of clear and conscious character.
