Chef-patron Daniel Georgiev prepares a classic set menu, drawing on modern and seasonal influences. His dishes showcase select local ingredients such as Müritz venison and Wipperfürth salmon trout, but also international specialities like Balfego tuna or truffles. You are free to decide the number of courses according to your own taste. The excellent wine list features over 300 labels including an impressive champagne selection.
