"Poyu Peku" is a family-run artisanal bakery located in the heart of the Crimean mountains, in the Belbek Valley. People come to us for bread not only from Crimea, but also from other regions of Russia! All of our bread and pastries are made without yeast, using a natural sourdough starter. We use a slow, cold fermentation process, which makes our bread special: not only incredibly delicious, but also healthy. We respect bread and put all our attention and soul into it.
