The concept creates the image of a welcoming establishment that welcomes guests from all corners of the world, each of whom creates their own unique journey to "Polyarki." The largest restaurant in Kirovsk, with a panoramic view of the mountains and the city, can accommodate up to 250 people. The menu features dishes made with local ingredients, presented in a unique style by Alexander Krizhanovsky. The cuisine style is New Nordic. The concise cocktail menu includes a combination of classic cocktails and current trends in the bar industry, using flavors from the North.
