Poly

"Poly" (meaning "much" in Greek) represents a concentration of flavors and recipes from the Greek islands and Byzantine lands: powerful spices, fresh herbs, seafood, and a wide array of dishes cooked over an open flame.

The restaurant's menu features vibrant flavors from the Eastern Mediterranean: a variety of mezes, a warm octopus salad, Lebanese tabbouleh, fiery kebabs, eggplant with lamb, dorade with sea grapes, sizzling Lebanese knafeh with stretchy cheese, and awamat donuts with honey.

The wine list includes both classic and New World wines, as well as wines from the Balkan Peninsula. Alongside the wines are cocktails inspired by local ingredients, as well as "freddo" teas and coffees, natural lemonades and juices.
