Pechka

The gastronomic restaurant "Pechka" offers a new interpretation of familiar dishes, where Russian delicacies, local produce, and wild ingredients are combined with foreign components.

"Pechka" opened its doors in September 2018. The interior is designed in dark tones, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The intimate dining rooms, with only 13 tables, and the spacious veranda, allow for both a romantic evening and a warm family gathering. We introduce our guests to a new take on classic dishes, combining Russian delicacies with ingredients from other countries. Chef Ruslan Nazarov focuses on local products and wild ingredients from our region. We use both modern techniques and traditional methods of cooking over an open fire. The seasonal menu and wine list are updated every डेढ़ months. Since 2022, in collaboration with the family winery Batrak, which is included in the list of the 100 best wines in Russia, we produce two types of our own wine, specially aged for the guests of "Pechka."
