About

A Parisian-style brasserie in Moscow, with a special focus on breakfast and sharing plates – a diverse selection of classic and signature pâtés and terrines, served with baguettes, croissants, and popovers from their own bakery.

The concept creators are Dmitry Zotov, Sergey Krylov, and Rinat Kuzin. Moscow http://patecafe.ru "RestaurateurChef" about the restaurant: Surprisingly, but true – the team behind Zotman&Co (Zotman Pizza Pie, Haggis pub, Madame Wong, Schneider) has opened a French brasserie. This new establishment once again demonstrates the versatility of Dmitry Zotov's talent. This time, in a nearly authentic Parisian interior designed by Albina Nazimova, Zotov and his team prepare pâtés and terrines (all priced at 460 rubles) and masterfully recreate all the classics of French bistros – from duck breast served with a puree of Jerusalem artichoke and dates (890 rubles) to baked Camembert with ginger jam (690 rubles) and onion soup (360 rubles). And they do it as if they've been making these dishes their entire lives. Other highlights of Pâté include the wine list, curated by Dmitry Zotov's long-time partner and professional sommelier, Sergey Krylov, which features examples of modern French winemaking that have surprisingly gone unnoticed by other Moscow restaurants. There's also a display case with Viennese pastries on the first floor, and breakfast is served starting at 8:00 AM. The average bill is 1500 rubles.
