Imagine, dear friend, a parallel Cherepovets, a city that has followed its own unique path, a city unlike our own. This Cherepovets is a hub of industrialization, an era of steam engines and complex mechanisms. Steam trams rumble through the streets, robotic horses trot on every corner, and factories dominate the landscape. Electricity is a privilege of the elite. The air is thick with smoke, and the concept of "ecology" is unheard of. The driving forces are levers, gears, shafts, springs, and valves. In this world, airships are the primary mode of long-distance transportation. Copper, steel, bronze, brass, aged wood, leather, and brick are the dominant materials.

And in this Cherepovets, in a world so different from our own, lived a brilliant and unconventional man. His uniqueness stemmed from the fact that he had a best friend and assistant, a robot he created himself, codenamed PARADOX. The name "PARADOX" was chosen because the scientist considered his own ideas to be paradoxical. The robot possessed its own intelligence and consciousness. The scientist believed that his world was not the only one, that parallel universes existed, and that somewhere, there was another city, unique and unlike any other, where people flew to space and drove cars. He was driven by the goal of creating a portal between worlds. The paradox of this scientist was that he was not only passionate about science but also about mixology – he loved creating cocktails with various combinations of ingredients. In his world, the scientist was not taken seriously, either for his unconventional ideas or for his unusual passion for cocktails. He could create a few exceptional cocktails in a single evening. To ensure he wouldn't forget his recipes, he asked his assistant, the robot, to memorize them, believing that one day, they would be useful to people, perhaps not in his bleak and industrial world, but in the world he hoped to connect with. After decades of work, the scientist created a remarkable book on mixology, the knowledge of which was entrusted to his friend and companion, the robot PARADOX.

Finally, the work on the portal was complete. The portal was activated. The mechanism was designed to function five days after activation. However, on that day, the scientist did not appear in the laboratory; only PARADOX remained. There was a flash of light, a crackle of electricity, the whirring of gears, but nothing happened, and PARADOX continued to wait for his friend... day after day, month after month, year after year... but the scientist never returned. The robot then decided to leave the workshop and was astonished to find that everything outside was unfamiliar – people were dressed differently, riding strange vehicles, and talking into peculiar devices. He set out to explore this new world, leaving the workshop behind. After exploring the city thoroughly, he made new friends and shared his knowledge, revealing the secrets of 1000 Cocktails. Together, they decided to open a bar in the place where the workshop once stood. And as paradoxical and absurd as this story may seem, it is true. The bar was named "PARADOX."

The bar is a blend of the elegance of wood and leather, combined with the intricate beauty of unknown mechanisms, adorned with gears, brass pipes, and other devices that evoke the aesthetics of steam engines, telescopes, and other Victorian-era machinery. This bar celebrates simple mechanisms, dynamism, and metal. Precision and punctuality are highly valued. There is no room for greenery or grass in this world. Flowers are a rarity; instead, you'll find gears and nuts. But there will come a time when, paradoxically, a flower will bloom from metal.

This place promotes the knowledge of mixology, the very mixology of the scientist from the other Cherepovets. And as paradoxical as it may seem, the scientist was a brilliant scientist, but he is remembered for his genius in mixology. This bar promotes the idea that the impossible is possible. That's what PARADOX himself says.

Who knows, perhaps one day, this scientist will find his way to our world, and friends will reunite.
