This charming family-run establishment has been going for 40 years. With Manuela and Rolf Fuchs at the helm, it proposes this bistro as an attractive alternative to their fine dining restaurant Cayenne. The excellent food is moderately priced: ostensibly simple dishes are crafted with care and premium ingredients, consistently featuring a modern twist. Local sourcing and seasonality are key – and you can really taste the difference! Friendly and adept service. Both restaurants share the same wine list. The wonderful views are best enjoyed from the tables by the windows or on the splendid terrace.
