The stylish space offers diners a choice between an ample à la carte offering and a tasting menu that best highlights the kitchen’s talents. Flavorful dishes, characterized by a sense of balance and astute seasoning, range from a sweet tamal of winter squash paired with crème fraîche and caviar, to a dish of crisp-skinned quail with foie gras mousseline, pistachios, and cherries.
