Paloma Taqueria

Chef James Stapley opened his third venture in Wanaka in 2022 to celebrate local ingredients from the region together with authentic Mexican flavours. The tacos feature tortillas made with whole corn from Napier and filled with seafood, meat or veg, each with their own sauce and toppings.
