About

The philosophy of the project is "Not only aesthetic": it's about slowing down, subtle emotionality, and a play of flavors. The interior, created by the One Two Home studio and designer Anastasia Zolotareva, harmoniously combines art and nature. The sandy and creamy walls serve as the perfect backdrop for visual accents. Panoramic windows fill the space with light, highlighting the textures of handcrafted items: panels made of pressed herbs with a delicate meadow scent, green glass sconces shaped like water lilies, and the refined paintings of Arina Kuznetsova, reminiscent of the Tuscan sun. Everything inside is designed for complete relaxation. Chef Andrey Ivanov's dishes (Restaurant №13, "Severiane," Sansa) combine cuisines from countries of the Old World. Mornings at NOA begin with breakfast, which is served throughout the day. There are over twenty options, including egg dishes, cereals, pancakes, potato pancakes, and Eggs Benedict, all customizable to your liking. The main menu is based on the classics of the Old World. To start, you can choose olives, tartare, or carpaccio. For a hearty lunch, there's Niçoise salad with confit tuna and Kenyan beans, a creamy bisque with shrimp and zucchini, and a panini with mortadella and stracciatella cheese. For dinner, you can enjoy pasta with orvieto and white truffles, or sea bass with tomatoes and capers. The wood-fired oven offers Neapolitan pizza in six variations, from Margherita to a four-cheese pizza with pistachio pesto. Among the desserts, the chocolate tart with salted pecans and the San Sebastian cheesecake with currants stand out. The cocktail menu is another important part of the experience. Head bartender Kirill Sencha (White Rabbit Family, "Shalyapin," Sartoria Lamberti) creates cocktails that are a gastronomic experience: a light Shampusi with mint cordial, a coffee-flavored Notte Nera with plum soju (a twist on an espresso martini), and a bitter Cynaroni with artichoke liqueur. The wine list is a mix of classics and rare finds from different continents, from Eurasia to Australia.
