The founders and owners of the wine bar are Vyacheslav Balyuk, a renowned Moscow sommelier, and Alexander Gavrilov, a restaurateur with extensive experience in launching and managing several successful wine-focused establishments, which continue to thrive and hold top positions on restaurant portals. "Nomer 15" resembles a small, European-style café with a cozy, home-like atmosphere and a genuine sense of European hospitality. This atmosphere is created not only by the captivating interior, featuring a large oak wine cabinet holding 500 bottles and a reimagining of Leonardo da Vinci's "The Last Supper," but also by the surprisingly affordable wine prices, comfortable window seats, and the constant presence of both owners in the dining room, who personally serve guests alongside the other staff. The main characters of "The Last Supper" at Nomer 15 are the guests, who appreciate good food and wine. These are people who value the wine itself, not just the label, and who inevitably become friends with the friendly owners of this welcoming wine bar. The open kitchen is managed by a team of chefs led by Chef Alexander Kuritsyn. The concise but well-crafted menu features the following sections: mini appetizers, including classic and original tapas; a "raw" section with tartares, carpaccio, and ceviche; a selection of spreads for bread; and a hot dishes section, which primarily utilizes low-temperature cooking techniques. The wine list, with the motto "No brands, Just wine," boasts a unique selection of over 150 wines, 20 of which are available by the glass. The price for a bottle starts at 700 rubles, and a glass starts at 140 rubles.
