About

The restaurant's name reflects its core concept: the pursuit of pleasure. It brings together two spaces under one roof: a restaurant and a contemporary art gallery.

The kitchen is headed by Moscow-based chef Artem Khiznyakov (formerly of Soma, BARBOSCO, Jobs food&wine, and LADO). The menu features locally sourced ingredients combined with modern trends and time-tested family recipes, ranging from potato doughnuts with truffle cream to cod with barley and pike cutlets with edamame. The wine list showcases unique selections for the Smolensk region, each with its own history. The cocktails are creative twists on classics, using local ingredients.

"Nega" already hosts evenings of instrumental music and DJ sets. The restaurant plans to offer weekend brunches, exhibitions, auctions, and lectures, and during the warmer months, guests will be able to enjoy the outdoor terrace.
